El Bethel International Bible College was founded with a divine vision received by Evangelist Sheela Rosario, a servant of God anointed and called into healing and women’s ministry. Her spiritual journey began in obedience to God’s call, and through her, the Lord has performed many miraculous healings—delivering people from diseases, witchcraft, and various spiritual bondages.
However, over time, she observed a deeper issue: though people received healing, their souls were not rooted in the Word of God. This spiritual immaturity often led them back into sin, bondage, and demonic attacks. Burdened by this need, God gave her a clear vision—to establish a Bible college that would disciple and ground believers firmly in the truth of Scripture.
Thus, under the registered ministry of El Bethel Healing Uliyangal, the El Bethel International Bible College was born. The college exists to raise up men and women of God who are spiritually strong, scripturally sound, and equipped to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy—bringing transformation in their lives and in the lives of others.
